QuickBooks Desktop Email Sending Forms

For clients using QuickBooks Desktop in the SwizzNet environment, your best method for sending forms via email is to use your Intuit account and QuickBooks subscription. QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise annual subscriptions include email services.

QuickBooks E-mail - Note:  This is only available to users who subscribe to one or more of these services:

  • QuickBooks Payroll
  • Intuit Merchant Services
  • Accountant's Copy File Transfer
  • QuickBooks Enterprise Full Service Plan
  • QuickBooks Billing Solutions
  • QuickBooks Pro Plus and Premier Plus

Note that SwizzNet doesnotsupport sending email forms via Outlook, Outlook Express, or Windows Mail.

Configuring Email

In QuickBooks Desktop, go to Edit> Preferences> Send Forms and check the box for QuickBooks E-mail.
